Payments and Refunds – Payments are processed securely using Square. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 48 hours, however, the actual time to receive the refund in your account is determined by your bank. Your bank may take anywhere from 2-30 days to complete your refund. Please note that we do not have any control over the time it takes for your bank to complete your refund. Questions about refunds after we have processed on our end should be directed to your bank.
Shipping – Shipping is included for free with all orders. Shipping typically takes 3-10 business days. All items are insured, however, due to each item being unique we can not replace any damaged items with an exact replacement. Items damaged during shipping to the customer will be either refunded or replaced according to the buyer’s preference. Damaged items must be reported with 72 hours of receipt of the item.
Refunds and Returns – Refunds must be requested within 30 days of your purchase. Orders past 30 days will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer is also responsible for any damages which occur between the time of purchase and the completion of the return shipping. Damaged items will not be refunded. Items must be in the original undamaged condition. Insurance is highly recommended for return shipping, but not required.
Errors and Cancellations – Although rare, some orders may be cancelled for any reason including pricing errors, fraud prevention, or any other reason we see as necessary. Cancelled orders will receive a full refund to their original payment method as described above in the payments and refunds section.
